What kind of residential work do you do?
Fence installation and repair, engineered patio covers and cedar pavilions, concrete flatwork, patio enclosures and room additions, ground-up builds, and metal roof replacement. Every one of those has a published rate on this site, because we quote them often enough to know what they cost.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes, on every service page. Rates, project minimums, and what each band covers. They are budgeting standards rather than a quote, so the number on your contract still comes from a site walk, but you should be able to tell whether we are in your range before you spend an afternoon on it.
Are you the same company that does commercial work?
Same company, same license, same crews. i30 Builders builds tenant improvements and commercial renovations across DFW and East Texas, and residential work runs out of the same office with the same written-scope process. The practices are separated on this site because the questions are different, not because the company is.
Where do you work?
Dallas-Fort Worth and East Texas. Rockwall, Royse City, Fate, Heath, Forney, Terrell, Greenville and the surrounding towns are routine; Tyler, Longview and Canton are regular East Texas work. If you are outside that, ask, and we will tell you straight whether it makes sense.
How does the quote work?
A site walk, then a written scope back within five business days. The scope names the work, the materials, and the price, and the price does not move unless the scope does. Anything found behind a wall or under a slab that changes the work is priced and approved in writing before we touch it.
