The space location and approximate square footage, its current condition (shell, second-generation, or occupied), your lease timeline, and any hard dates like lease commencement, an inspection, or a grand opening. If you have a permit set or drawings, say so; we can price from them.

What happens after I submit a request?
We review your details, confirm we are the right fit for the scope and the market, and book a site walk. After the walk you get a written scope with a lump-sum price, usually within 5 business days. No sales pitch, just a working plan.
Is there a cost for the site walk or the scope?
No. The site walk and the written scope are free. We focus on your space, constraints, and timeline before price, and we tell you plainly if your project is not a fit. We do not chase work outside DFW and East Texas.
