Greenville · Hunt County Seat · $10K to $100K
$10K to $100K small-business remodels. Written scope before any deposit.
Royse City home base, just down I-30 from Greenville. Hunt County is our home market.
Greenville Commercial Mix
Greenville commercial work runs the full range: established downtown storefronts off Lee Street, professional offices in the I-30 corridor, medical and dental practices in the suburban developments, and small restaurants and salons everywhere in between. Caddo Mills is our home market, 15 minutes west, which means fast site visits and a crew that knows Hunt County.
Greenville's downtown is in a historic district, so exterior changes go through a design review committee. We handle the design submittal packet (drawings, materials, signage) alongside the building permit so design review and city sign-off run in parallel. Outside the downtown overlay, Greenville's permit turnaround is quick.
Three Price Bands
Bands reflect 2026 Greenville-area pricing for labor, materials, permits, inspections, and project management. Brand signage, FF&E, and IT/AV cabling are separate line items called out in the written scope.

Common Greenville Questions
Yes. Downtown Greenville buildings sit in a historic overlay that adds a design review step for exterior changes and signage. We've worked the process: we prepare the submittal documentation, attend the design review meeting if needed, and time the building permit so it doesn't lag behind. Interior-only scopes typically don't trigger the design review.
Yes. We are based in Royse City, a short drive down I-30 from Greenville, so Hunt County is core to our market. We routinely deliver commercial scopes across Greenville, Quinlan, Commerce, Caddo Mills, and the surrounding rural commercial corridor.
Light refresh: 1 to 3 weeks. Standard TI: 4 to 7 weeks. Specialty build-out: 6 to 10 weeks. Add 1 to 2 weeks for the historic district design review if your project is downtown. We pre-file so it doesn't stack on top of the building permit timeline.
Yes. Most Greenville commercial leases have a TI allowance and a work-letter. We translate the work-letter into a written scope, document what's included vs excluded, and submit the TIA reconciliation packet at handoff. Property managers in Hunt County know us by name.
Yes. Our Greenville scopes are priced in writing at signing and the price is locked. Change orders only happen if you request a scope change, and they're priced in writing before any work starts. No surprise overruns absorbed into the invoice.
Project Proof

Mansfield, TX
Full interior build-out of a pediatric clinic in Mansfield. Taken back to bare structure with the ceiling opened up, then rebuilt: partition walls framed to the taped floor layout, MEP coordinated and inspected overhead before anything closed up, exam rooms and corridor finished in plank flooring with stained trim and doors, plus casework, lighting and interior signage.

Mansfield, TX
Reception rebuilt in a doctors' office in Mansfield. The glass-enclosed check-in window came out, the openings were reframed with painted mullions, and the counter was rebuilt with a dark wood slat front under a light stone-look top, mitered and returned down the end of the run. A lower counter section sits at the end of the run beside a pass-through to the adjoining room.
