1,100 SF Rowlett office, full repaint of the suite plus a new room added inside: framed and finished a 12 LF partition wall, hung a new door, ran trim, and laid carpet through the new room and its connection. Three trades sequenced into one tight window so the office could keep running.
Constraints Navigated
Compressed 3-day window (May 15 to 17,2026) inside an occupied small-business suite. Adjacent offices stayed operational during the day, so sequencing kept dust and paint odor isolated from working areas.

Outcome
All scope delivered in the 3-day window for $7,800, priced as a written lump sum before any work started. The build ran in trade sequence: framing and drywall first, then door, trim, and paint, with carpet last so finished surfaces were never worked over. Each day closed with a cleanup and reset so the suite opened normally the next morning. New room turned over ready to use, suite repainted, office back to full operation on Monday with no schedule slip. The client posted a 5-star QuickBooks review the day after work wrapped.
