A sweeping curved walkway in French-pattern tumbled travertine runs from the side yard back to the rear patio, with two travertine-clad accent steps rising to the home's back entries. Set on a compacted base with the surface pitched to drain cleanly away from the foundation.

A 600 SF natural-travertine hardscape delivered turnkey, a curved walkway flowing back to a full rear patio, with two accent steps tying the grade into the home's back doors. The warm, honed travertine reads as a single continuous surface from side yard to patio, drains away from the foundation, and was handed off ready for daily use.

Residential Media Room Conversion

Converted an outdated carpeted living room into a dedicated home theater. Navy accent walls, ceiling re-finish with recessed-light reset, mounted display with floating reclaimed-wood mantel, theater seating, and new low-pile striped carpet over fresh pad.

Clean 50 LF run delivered for $2,500, roughly $16 per square foot all-in, and turned around from quote to completion the next business day. Drainage falls away from the home; broom finish ready for daily foot traffic. Hometown project for an i30 neighbor in Caddo Mills.

Cedar Shutters & Porch Column Refresh

Exterior facade refresh on an older Carrollton brick ranch. Five custom cedar board-and-batten shutter pairs built, stained, and mounted to existing windows. New cedar porch column wrap and exposed cedar beam over the front entry, integrated into the existing roofline. Painted-brick base preserved.
