More From This Project

Scope of Work
Exterior covered-patio renovation. Luxury travertine-look porcelain tile installed over the existing slab, refinished stone fireplace surround, painted ceiling and column wraps, and outdoor-kitchen integration. Same footprint, transformed finish.
Constraints Navigated
Outdoor install during a tight weather window — tile thinset and grout cured between two rain systems. Existing slab had hairline cracks that required isolation membrane before tile. Outdoor kitchen utilities had to be coordinated around the tile sequence.
Materials Used
- Travertine-look porcelain tile
- Crack-isolation membrane
- Refinished stone fireplace surround
- Exterior-rated ceiling and column paint
- Stainless outdoor-kitchen integration
Outcome
Same footprint, completely transformed finish. Patio went from bare slab and dated brick to a finished outdoor room that ties into the home's interior aesthetic. Outdoor kitchen functional day one after handoff.
