Can you help with AV and data infrastructure planning?
We install conduit, pull points, and junction boxes per your AV/IT vendor's spec. We coordinate with your technology integrator so rough-in is ready when they arrive. We don't supply AV equipment or program systems—that's your integrator's scope.
What does a typical office build-out cost per square foot in DFW?
A basic-to-mid finish office in DFW typically runs $40–$80/SF for construction (not including FF&E, AV, or low-voltage). Higher-end finishes, complex conference rooms, or significant MEP work push that higher. Our itemized scopes let you see exactly where the money goes.
How do you handle the transition between demo and move-in?
We sequence the build to give you a clean punch list before any furniture is installed. Final cleaning, floor protection removal, and a walkthrough with your designated representative happen before you move equipment in. We don't hand keys and disappear.
