“Our backyard had three problems: no privacy, terrible drainage after every rain, and an ugly cracked concrete pad. i30 Builders fixed all three in one project. Cedar privacy fence along the back and sides, French drain running to the street, and a paver patio over where the old concrete was. They phased it correctly — drainage and grading first, fence second, pavers last. The yard doesn't flood anymore and we actually use the patio now. I've used a lot of contractors over the years and these guys are in the top tier: show up when they say, communicate what's happening, and actually clean up after themselves.”
